Like, I happened to go out for a glass of wine before typing this post…and now this post is much shorter…

Anyways! Are you all excited about the new QuestBar flavor?? I am!

It’s absolutely amazing! I posted pictures of me noshing on one when the flavor was just about to come out, and ever since, I’ve been so excited to share these bars with you!!

So! Here it is!

Yes!!

To make your own, simply cut a Quest Bar into 4 equal pieces. Roll out each segment into a thin but wide rectangle. Try to make them all equal in size. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes, or until golden. Take out of the oven and let cool, then use your favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt to sandwich between two of the Quest cookies! Each Quest Bar makes 2 ice cream sandwiches! Wrap in parchment and enjoy or then wrap in plastic wrap and save for another time!
Note: I used homemade Greek frozen yogurt. I combined 6oz of Greek yogurt with 2 Tbs. of over-ripe banana, 1 tsp. granulated Stevia, and a drop of vanilla extract. I placed the mixture in a freezer Ziplock bag for an hour, kneeded the mixture with my fingers, then froze for another hour. I snipped the tip off the bag and piped the “frozen yogurt” onto my Quest Cookies! Tah-dah!!

    My favorite Quest bar flavor is definitely the chocolate chip cookie dough especially when softened in the microwave! It tastes like a real cookie! I also followed you on twitter

    Believe it or not..I have never tried a Quest Bar. I know it’s a shocker! I would love to try this new flavor, it sounds delicious : )

    I have never (sadly!) tried quest bars but I am a Peanut butter addict so I would definitely go for the Peanut Butter Supreme bar…nomnomnom….

    I’ve been wanting to try quest bars for forever but have yet to!! My publix doesn’t carry them, and I usually just buy a bar at a time because I think I could eat about 10 in one sitting, haha. They sound so good, especially the Choc Chip Cookie Dough – how could you pass that up?!?

    I’ve never tried the Quest bars, but have heard rave reviews about them and I’d love to try anything with peanut butter or banana for flavorings!

    My favorite is Vanilla Almond. Soo good. i thought it wouldnt be as good as cookie dough but to my suprise it was for my taste buds.

    I have never tried them befpre! I dont like brown choclaye of any kind so any other kind of quest bar I would be super excited! I love anything sweet:)

    I’m usually not a fan of bars but I LOVE, LOVE , LOVE some quest bars. The first one I ever tried was the cookie one and even though I tried everyone I could find (except coconut) the cookie is still my favorite!!!

    I’ve loved every Quest bar flavor I’ve tried. Definitely a fan of the cinnamon roll and the peanut butter and jelly! I am dying to try the newer flavors, like cookie dough and white chocolate raspberry!

    To be honest, I’m just discovering these wonderful, amazing bars. I haven’t even heard of them until you mentioned them on your blog! I would love to try the chocolate brownie or the chocolate chip cookie dough.

    I’ve only tried the cookie dough flavor but I was pleasantly surprised because it was really good! I am definitely going to buy a bunch when it’s time to go back to school.

    I gotta say that I am a fan of the cookie dough flavor! Especially when warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds!

    I know all y’all are just over the moon about these Quest Bars, but I have hesitated on purchasing them for fear they will end up socked away in my ‘bar box’ of forgotten protein-packed insta-snacks (or meals in some cases). My curiosity is KILLING me, though, so I’d pretty much try any flavor you suggested.

    My god woman, you are a flippin’ GENIUS!! Love the “froyo” filling…totally doing that with some Oikos toasted coconut soon! Mmm!

    Favorite Quest flavor? Oh geez, that’s a hard one…especially since I’ve revisited a lot of the flavors that I didn’t like in the beginning! How about a top three? Yeah, I think I can narrow it down that much! 😉 Peanut butter and jelly, cinnamon roll, and strawberry cheesecake…oh but damn, I DID just bake an apple pie one a little bit ago and it was like AHHHHHH-mazing! Ohh, you know what? They should totally make a BLUEBERRY muffin flavor! Yum!
