What shall I do instead of packing for my trip tomorrow? Bake cookies! So I read a recipe for shortbread (Martha’s of course) and I tweaked it by adding some milk and making it more dough-like. I know that shortbread is supposed to be crumbly, but I wanted to be able to use my new animal cookie-cutters (thank you Jacki!!). I made the dough, cut them out, and then I decorated a couple of them with my cream cheese frosting. They turned out so cute! Except one of the shapes, I have no clue what it’s supposed to be, so I’ve decided that it is a dingo.
Plus, last night I made another batch of marshmallows, just for my little bro. I put graham crackers on the bottom and topped them with chocolate chips and toasted coconut. You’re welcome!
