I think that nothing screams summer more than s’mores. Sometimes I love to switch it up and add a smear of peanut butter or a few slices of banana, but today’s treat takes my salty-sweet obsession to a new level. These little bites of delight are easy to put together for a party or just for you, and because you can make just as many as you want and need, the portions are always in your control. So, pull out your favorite chocolate and your pretzels of choice and make these immediately!
~Over an open flame or over your stovetop burner (yes, this is definitely an adult activity, so please be careful with hot stovetop coils and be sure to turn them off immediately after your marshmallow is toasted), toast each marshmallow half separately (use a kebob skewer or whatever “stick” you use for toasting mallows while camping). As soon as they are toasted to your liking, smash each mallow half between two of the pretzel twists. Dip one side (or get messy and do the whole thing) in melted chocolate while holding the pretzels and mallow together. The chocolate will act as a binder when it is set. Set the S’More on a piece of parchment to set. After all of your Pretzel S’Mores are set, pass them out (if you made more than one batch) and enjoy!

Thanks! I’ve seen those in the cold section at WF but haven’t tried them! They sound great, especially since I’m a mallow lover 🙂
