Ready for crazy football tailgating, endless vats of cheese-dip, stomach aches, and guilt? No, me either, but it’s upon us again!
Remember that one of the tickets to healthy success at parties is to always bring a dish you know you can eat. So, to keep with the party, sharing, easy theme, I give you the easiest fruit dip ever.
It’s packed with tons of flavor from the Peanut Butter Co.peanut butter, but also filled with protein because the peanut butter is cut with Greek yogurt. Make as much as you need to feed your army, using a 2:1 ratio! And, of course, try it with other flavors of peanut butter too!
Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip
2 Tbs. non-fat plain Chobani Greek yogurt
1 Tbs. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Peanut Butter Co. peanut butter
~Stir together and serve with your favorite fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, animal crackers…anything!
NOTE: If you like your fruit dips to be sweeter, add 2-3 drops of liquid Stevia, OR 1/4 tsp. of Splenda or Stevia, OR 1/4 tsp. of powdered sugar, per the above ratio. Taste and adjust until it is just right for you!
Yes, I garnished with a few fancy raisins.
Strike up a conversation: Have you tried any amazingly interesting flavored peanut butter?

What a great idea! I love their white chocolate peanut butter (it’s great on cinnamon graham crackers!)

This looks delicious! I will have to try this one day. This would be good for snacking on at work. Thanks for sharing on Marvelous Mondays! 🙂

this may sound obvious, but if you don’t have plain yogurt… don’t try to substitute another flavor (cough vanilla cough). tastes odd.
