The holidays are here! I’m so excited!
This was one of those busy weeks that flew by and I seemed to spend the majority of it in the car. Between traveling to St. Louis for the weekend then traveling to Northwest Arkansas for the rest of the week for Thanksgiving, I’m worn out!
BUT I am very proud of myself. I was extremely restrained and didn’t make myself sick by binging on Turkey and carbs. I even got up to workout that morning!
I put together a few quick but effective circuits to get me through the week because nobody has a lot of time to be working out when they’re traveling.
Now, I have to get back to the festivities, because today is Turkey Day, Take Two…yup, doing it all over again today!
Hope you bought some awesome stuff in those Black Friday Sales (because I didn’t…).
The Sweaty Breakdown:
Saturday: I was traveling, but I made sure to get up, do planks, sit ups, and push ups. Then, I ended my evening with a nice long walk with my mom.
Sunday:
After a long day of traveling back to Memphis, I hit the gym. I completed this fun bike/ bodyweight circuit!
Monday: I did 40 min of nice cardio on the bike then strength training – legs!
Tuesday: Today I did cardio on the bike and strength training – arms
Wednesday: We spent today traveling
Thursday:
Happy Thanksgiving!! I whipped out a pre-eating-fest circuit!
