Hey hey there!
I am SO excited that it’s Friday, but I’m SO freaked out by how fast time is flying! Woah! Slow down!!
Ready for the countdown?? Only 85 Days until my WEDDING!!! Holy moly!
I’m completely obsessed with a few things!
My fiance and I went to Nashville for the day last Saturday! We had such a fun day and I can’t wait to go back!
[THE Grand Ole Opry]
[Jeni’s – ice cream!]
[Bang Bang Candy Co – marshmallows!]
Don’t you just love how kids say the darndest things?? Well, I was laughing out loud reading these!
I just finished reading this book:
Loved it! Now I need another good book. Any suggestions?
My recipe for Lemon Coconut Cream Stack Cake was published on Kitchenthusiast, the KitchenAid blog! I’m really excited about my partnership with them. It’s a dream come true. Thank you, thank you for all of your love and support!
I also published my recipe for Rhubarb Cake last week. Well really, it’s grandma’s recipe. She’s the best!
At home, I made a batch of Cinnamon Vanilla Cashew Milk! Holla! Yes, my Weck jars are adorable and I know it!

And finally, I’ve been obsessed with the new Creamy version of Nuttzo!! Remember my review of the original flavor? Well, now it’s all blended up and I’m SO in love!

They’re now using all-glass jars and the new labels are SO cute!! It’s still the same great all organic 7 nut and seed butter. I was sent a jar to taste and review (through my connections with Nuttzo and because I’m a FitFluential Ambassador) and I jumped for joy the day it came in the mail.
I love that the founder, Danielle, is so passionate about health and nutrition. Her blend of nuts and seeds provides 50% of your daily ADA Omega-3’s in just one spoonful! Among so many other health benefits, did you know that flaxseeds hold anti-cancer properties? And did you know that Brazil nuts are packed with selenium, which protects your body from infections?
So, of course, I melt it and drizzle it all over my oats…and my yogurt…and my fingers…
Of course, there’s a chocolate version too, and you know how passionate I am about the health benefits of chocolate!
Plus, as I said in my first loving review of NuttZo, the sales still support Project Left Behind!
You can order directly from their website (gonuttzo.com) or you can find it in Whole Foods or fancy grocery stores (because I know how fancy you are).
*I was provided the jar of NuttZo, free of charge, to review. I was sent the jar via my connections with NuttZo and FitFluential LLC. I was not monetarily compensated for this review and all of the opinions are my own. I seriously eat this product because I love it.

Those 85 days are going to FLY by… and soon you’ll be celebrating your second anniversary like I just did 🙂
I’ve seen that book cover around, but haven’t read it yet. I recently read Someday, Someday Maybe by Lauren Graham (Lorelai on Gilmore Girls, if you’re a fan!). It was really good!
