It’s time for another edition of Fabulously Fit Friday!

So are you ready for this….
I’m doing a Fall Fitness Challenge!!
Remember the summer challenge I completed? Well, Tone It Up is hosting an 8 week fall challenge, and me and my girl Rachel are totally going to kick its ass! Well…we’re going to participate to the best of our abilities. Close enough.
BTW it’s called the Frisky Fall challenge, which just curdles my blood.
So, I’m going to jump all in and do the workout challenges and the nutrition challenge, total dedication. Except, of course, when it gets too hard and I feel like sleeping in instead and eating ice cream for dinner. Those days don’t count.
So, I know what you’re thinking: But Melissa! You’ve had so many cryptic health problems and you’ve slowed down and changed your goals!
Kidding, I know you’re REALLY thinking: But Melissa! What about the TREATS?!
Well here’s your answer: Don’t worry! This place won’t change because of some silly goal I’m setting. You’ll get your treats and they’ll be FABulous. No worries.
Oh, the other answer? I’ve been actually doing better by leaps and bounds in the last 2 months, which was a crazy miracle, so I’m going to try this challenge and stop if things seem to slip south. Otherwise, I’m really excited to get back to it!
My main goal is to get stronger and leaner to feel better during yoga. My love is yoga and I want all of my actions to result in better yoga. Period. So, meditation and yoga will still be my main focus. Does the body good.
And, because of the overload of “check-ins” I’ll be doing for the challenge everyday and healthy meal choices I’ll be blabbing about, I’ve decided to make another Instagram account and keep it all there (@tiu_treatswithatwist)! So please follow my new Instagram and root me on there…or don’t, and you can just keep to my main Instagram and we’ll all pretend I’m not doing that challenge with the rest of my time. Our secret. I’ll keep that Instagram going after the challenge too, so don’t think I’m just going to abandon you in 8 weeks. I’ll probably be looking more like a FitFluential Ambassador over there anyhow.
