Fabulously Fit Friday is here again! I can’t wait to update you on all of the fit activities I’ve been doing and I want to hear all about yours!
I can’t believe Friday is already here again!
I’ve survived a grueling Week 2 of the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide! I feel like I deserve a giant cake or a new pair of shoes or something. And after Week 1, my husband weighed himself and he’d lost 7 pounds!
This week was killer. The first workout completely killed me! It had a ton of plyo moves in it and I felt like I just couldn’t jump that much! In fact, I can’t. But maybe soon? Hopefully my jumping gets better. I’m pretty sure I don’t leave the ground when I’m jumping around. Workouts 2 and 3 were just awful and I found myself collapsing to the ground, unable to do one more pushup! Sheesh!

But I did it. And I had to squeeze in all of those intense workouts before the weekend, because I’m on my way to Washington DC! I’ve never been there and I am just so excited to see all of the monuments and catch up with my best friend, whom I get to see once or twice a year!
I thought I’d share a few workout favorites with you, and then you can tell me yours!
Favorite new song in my workout mix:
Ariana Grande ft Weeknd: Love Me Harder
I know I know, so pop. But I love it. I love pop. And I love how songs that have a beat that picks up make me MOVE. When I’m doing knee-ups on an overturned dresser drawer, I tend to hike up faster when the song gets going.
Ingrid Michaelson: Afterlife
I seriously can’t get enough of this song. Her voice is AHmazing and it is just power.
Honestly, I turn on Spotify and type in “One Direction” and just let it play! Don’t hate.
Favorite waterbottle:
This one I posted on IG and in last week’s post. It’s super sparkly and pink and my sister-in-law got it for me for Christmas. Does she know me or what?
Favorite breakfast:
I switch between a big bowl of Egg White Oats (I usually shred up zucchini and mix it in, along with maca and banana slices or blueberries) and my Green Protein Pancakes made with Vega Sport Vanilla.
Favorite protein dessert:
I switch between a warm Quest bar slathered in Jif Whips peanut butter (any flavor!) or a mug cake that I make from Quest protein powder, which I have in the Peanut Butter flavor (I posted a quick recipe in the comment of this picture).
