Happy Fourth of July weekend! I think I love the Fourth of July (besides obvious patriotic reasons) because it reminds me so much of nothing but happy childhood memories and food.
The Fourth weekend always marks the anniversary for my grandparents (dad’s side), my grandma’s birthday (maternal), my best friend’s birthday (holla’ Auntie Rachie!) and of course food-filled cookouts!
I have gathered some fun recipes from around the web for you to try out this weekend…or just to drool over…either one is great! Let me know if you make any of them!
A quick note: all of the recipes linked are either gluten-free or easily adaptable if you need them to be gluten-free. I’ve added a note to the NON-gf recipes to help you out! Feel free to email me or leave a comment if you need any help!

Wow! What a great list of recipes (and a huge thank you for them being gluten-free or adaptable!) Holidays are stressful enough without having to constantly remember whether your special needs child can eat something or not!
