Here are 16 of my most comforting, healthy, gluten-free oatmeal recipes (porridge, quinoa, and millet too!) to get your day started the right way!
It’s the end of the year (holy moly!) and I know you’re probably drinking green juice all day and scarfing down bowls of ice cream all night. It’s a weird time of year. Diet starts Monday, right?
Well, I want to encourage you to just fuel your body with delicious, nourishing foods. A great breakfast gives you a good head start. You never know if cake lies ahead, so a nutritious breakfast is always a good idea.

Tah dahhhh! Now you have breakfast figured out! The recipe for Key Lime Pie Oats has been my blog’s most popular recipe ever since it was published. All of the recipes, hot or cold, are a nutritious option for breakfast! I love to plan ahead, making some overnight oats at night or before I run out to my workout so it’s ready when I’m up and hangry. I love stirring together hot oatmeal on slower mornings when I have time to dedicate to it…or I just throw it all in a bowl, microwave and see what I get. Either way I’m happy!
I hope you have an amazing New Year! Let me know if you have any resolutions or recipe needs for the New Year. I’d love to hear!
