I’m so excited to share with you my Barre Body Workshop!
For the month of April, meet up with me virtually, for a workout and mind-body experience.
Here are the details:
A. Tuesday nights, 8pm CST/9pm EST March 1, 8, 15, 22
B. Wednesday mornings 9am CST/10am EST
Choose ONE for the month. This workout is 50 minutes on Zoom! It is a specially designed Barre combo workout: pilates, ballet, cardio, yoga, strength AND express journaling! I’ve added express journaling to our workouts, which really drives home the mind-body connection and will create a lasting difference you can FEEL.
I’ve designed this workout for EVERYONE, so whether you’re a seasoned athlete or you just had a baby, this is for you.
Cost: $55 for the month
Payments accepted: Venmo or PayPal F/F

BOOK THE BARRE: Do you live in the KNOXVILLE, TN area? Want to workout in person with a group of your friends? Perfect for Sorority Sister Socials, Bridal Parties, or a fun way to workout with just your girls. I’ll come to YOU (please have a space big enough for each attendee to lay our their workout mat and have a good time) with a 60 minute POWER BARRE workout. You’ll need your own workout mat (yoga mat) and water, I’ll bring any additional equipment. Cost: $100 for up to 10 attendees, $200 for up to 20 attendees. COVID-19 NOTE: If you’re booking a group, please ensure there is enough room for participants to be spaced 6 feet apart. Please wear a mask before and after class time. Do not book a class or have participants come if they are experiencing symptoms (loss of taste/smell, fever, etc.).
